Our signature program is a six month program where leaders meet weekly with their coach. We begin with a customized 360 degree feedback process and design a coaching program that aligns with the individual strategic objectives. Through a combination of in person, telephone and email interactions, we challenge and encourage you to step fully into your individual leadership by gaining clarity on your purpose, vision, values and goals. 1) Senior Executive looking for legacy
Janice was at the peak of her game, in every way. After
25 years in the communications industry, she was one of the most highly
respected women in the industry and one of the most successful VPs in
her company. She had recently been given yet another promotion and asked
to head up a struggling division, as her record for turnarounds was stellar.
As she embarks on this next phase Janice was looking to broaden her impact.

Coaching outcome: Not only did Janice masterfully turn her struggling department around, leading them to be the top performing division in the company, but she also played a key role as a founding member of the company-wide women's networking group. She channeled her passion for community work into some exciting board positions and has built some key relationships with the most senior decision makers in her industry. Cheryl was a newly promoted VP who found herself feeling overwhelmed by her new reality. She was working day and night to try to deal with the volume of work being thrown at her, while managing a busy family with three young children. She came to coaching looking for some support as she navigated through this transition.
Coaching outcome: The underlying theme in Cheryl's coaching was to help her shift her perspective from that of "doer" to "leader". We worked with her on topics including organizing her overflowing calendar, delegation, getting the right people on her team (and the wrong people off) and focusing her activities on her top strategic priorities. Cheryl also realized that she needed to amp up her political savvy so we challenged her to broaden her reach and to focus on the less urgent but more important tasks of relationship building - both in her organization and in the community.

3) Rising Star reaching for recognition
Eric was a talented analyst who was quickly rising through the ranks of his commercial real estate company. He was consistently coming in above target and his CEO had targeted him as a high potential. Eric came to coaching with a lofty goal of being promoted to CFO within two years.
Coaching Client Outcome: Not only did Eric make his 2 year goal, but he did so in half the time. By focusing on closing the gap in his skill set, he was able to demonstrate to his CEO that he was capable of functioning at the CFO level. He refocused on more strategic priorities and started to participate in the organization-wide initiatives, rather than simply looking out for his own department. Once he got the much sought-after promotion, the coaching focused on making sure he remembered to take the time to celebrate his great achievement, rather than quickly moving on to the next goal.
