Using a series of strategic "building blocks", we
structure our process to maximize resources and flexibility, and deliver
optimum results throughout all levels of your organization.
From planning through to implementation, North Star professionals provide
ongoing coaching and feedback, as well as online support to ensure proper
preparation and follow-up to live components.
The North Star process includes the following stages:
1. Review Business Objectives - to gain a clear understanding
and consensus of your corporate strategy and objectives
2. ROI Baseline Assessment - to gain an understanding
of your organization's current situation and develop the appropriate baseline
measurements
3. Gap Analysis - to identify the "gaps" between your
objectives and your current situation; to identify and prioritize projects
and resources
4. Coaching Strategy and Implementation - develop and
deliver a customized coaching program that ensures scalability and sustainability
from the top down, including people development programs and train the
trainer sessions.
5. Pilot Program - includes identifying and training
key pilot group members to measure results, gather and incorporate feedback,
and revise the program where needed prior to full roll-out.
6. Roll-out - combines customized workshops, in-person
and teleconferencing support, team and individual coaching, and online
