Lindsay Sukornyk, CPCC, Founder & Executive Leadership Coach

A recognized leader in executive coaching in Canada, Lindsay has extensive experience in strategic management consulting with top global enterprises. Since founding North Star Coaches in 2002, she has implemented ìScalable Coaching Solutionsî into leading Canadian organizations such as Rogers, Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt, LLP, Accenture, A.T. Kearney and Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation, among others. Prior to founding North Star Coaches, Lindsay was a strategic management consultant with A.T. Kearney, a global management consulting company. Lindsay is a certified professional co-active coach (CPCC) and a graduate of the Co-Active Space Leadership program in San Francisco, CA.

Roel Dixon-Mahatoo, B.A.Sc., P.Eng., Executive and Life Coach

Roel Dixon-Mahatoo brings over 18 years of international business and management consulting experience to the North Star team. He is the 2005 winner of the International Coach Federationís PRISM Award recognizing excellence and business achievement through coaching. Roel has held executive positions with a regional Bell operating company (RBOC) provider in the USA and a management consulting firm in Australasia. He also founded a highly successful consulting firm that specialized in developing and aligning clientsí Information Technology strategies to support their business goals. Roel is a graduate of the Coaches Training Institute and the Co-Active Space Leadership Program.

Sabine Fischer, Executive Leadership Coach

An experienced financial professional and management coach, Sabine brings a wealth of international business and personal experience to her client relationships. Currently Sabine is a trained facilitator for Polarity Management, where she helps companies manage organizational strategy and conflict resolution issues.

Sabine merges her appreciation of corporate financial realities with her expertise in performance improvement through coaching and adult learning concepts. She is driven by her conviction that each individual has an innate desire to succeed and contribute meaningfully. It is her personal mission to target superior performance by aligning organizational values and objectives to those of the people within that organization.

Sabine has over 10 years experience in investment finance and analysis with RBC Dominion Securities and TD Asset Management. She has also spent several years providing leadership development and training for managers in Germany. In addition, Sabine has designed and delivered curriculum at a provincial adult education institution, which included training for marketing and sales, communication skills, and international business management.

Lorne Brown, Executive Leadership Coach

Lorne is an Executive Leadership Coach residing in Mississauga, Canada who brings to his coaching practice powerful intuitive skills and an innate ability to see people as they truly are. His 20 years of business management experience in Human Resources, Customer Service, Information Systems, and Sales and Marketing, has prepared him to comprehend and relate directly to the unique challenges faced by today's leaders.

Lorne left the Financial Services world to pursue a coaching career to help organizations create more effective leaders and to help individuals lead more meaningful lives. Over the last five years he has developed and honed his skills as a Leadership and Personal Coach through formal training and hands-on coaching. In November 2002, he started his own company, C2 Associates, providing leadership and personal coaching and consulting services to individuals and business. He has successfully helped many people make significant transformations.

Lorne has a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from The University of Waterloo. He is a graduate of The Coaches Training Institute and their Co-Active Space Leadership Program. He is a member of the International Coach Federation and has been featured in Careers Magazine.

Lorne is very active in his community, serving on various committees at his local church. He plays the violin, does woodworking, enjoys camping with his family and plays baseball.

Ann Gomez, B.Sc., MBA, Productivity Consultant

Ann Gomez is the founding president of Clear Concept Inc., a company that works with both corporate executives and professionals to enhance their workplace productivity. Having consistently maintained a busy lifestyle, Ann is a true advocate of maximizing one's workplace productivity. Rachel Ross, Executive Leadership Coach

Rachel Ross is an Executive Leadership coach as well as a Human Resources professional with Accenture. She brings deep skills in organizational change, performance management, and team performance. She attended University of British Columbia where she obtained and MBA specializing in Organizational Leadership and Human Resources. Rachel is a graduate of the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and their Co-Active Space Leadership Program. Rachel is also certified in Enneagram personality testing through Loyola University.



Janeen Smith Speer, M.B.A., Executive Leadership Coach

Janeen has dedicated her professional life to guiding people in the direction of their personal and career aspirations. She has mentored and coached hundreds of graduates as they made their first forays into the professional world. Currently she is the senior training specialist for Central Canada for Starbucks Coffee Canada, where she consults on district learning and development needs and acts as a facilitator and program developer. She has also introduced the concepts of coaching within Starbucks, both in group and one-on-one settings. Janeen is an accredited facilitator for popular business programs such as Situational LeadershipÆ The Core, (Center for Leadership Studies), and Increasing Human EffectivenessÆ (Edge Learning). She regularly offers classes in performance management, HR practices and staffing, and has also developed courses and targeted training in the areas of career development, networking, presentation skills, time management and organizational effectiveness. Karli Matthison, Executive Leadership Coach

Karli Matthison is a professional co-active life and leadership coach, with a keen interest in the corporate sector and development within organizations. As a person with a strong grasp of corporate culture and political savvy - and knowing the enormous potential and impact that coaching within organizations can bring - Karli is driven to ignite the potential and leadership opportunities within each employee and at every level of management.

Karli's coaching skills are supported by a degree in Psychology combined with a rich background of experience in sales, sales training, marketing, as well as strategic planning and communications on a national platform. Currently she is working on the leading brand team for Novartis Pharmaceuticals Canada Inc., as the National Manager of Medical Communications for the company's #1 product. Myrka Brisson, Executive Style Coach

Myrka is an experienced style coach and a CTI (Coaching Training Institute) trained Life Coach. She uses this combined style and coaching expertise to deliver value-added services to her clients. As an active life coach, Myrka has also developed and facilitated a number of life improvement seminars over the years.

Myrka brings a unique added dimension into play to support clients in their transformation, building on her style and coaching experience to help them discover their inner potential and determine their true selves. Her methods go well beyond simple clothing selection to working with clients through a process of self- questioning and self-exploration, resulting in a life changing experience.

Myrka knows the impact that one's physical appearance through clothing has on that person's sense of confidence. Originally from Quebec City and now based in Toronto, she has always been fascinated with clothing design and style. Her extensive worldwide travels as a flight attendant provided her with an extensive international exposure that further fuelled this interest.

Ted Prodromou, CPCC, Executive Leadership Coach

Ted is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) as well as the owner of Valiss IT, a provider of computer services. Balancing two distinctly different careers has provided Ted with the skills to teach his clients how to live a balanced life based on their true desires.

Ted first experience with coaching over eight years ago created a burning desire to become a certified coach to help others break out of their box and make a difference with their lives. He broke out of his own box five years ago when he left the corporate world to start his own computer consulting business so he could live a balanced life and spend more time with his family.

Ted completed the Denis Waitley Masters Coaching Program in 1999, the CPCC coaching certification program at The Coaches Training Institute in 2001, and the Co-Active Space Leadership Program in 2003. He recently became a certified facilitator for Speaking Circles, a transformational public speaking program.
